Syringes in the playground. Seriously?

I was always taught that recapping syringes was bad lab technique. Then again, so is outdoor disposal within a place of child recreation.

Do I need to bring a sharps container along on dog walks?

Should I just shut up and just be grateful that it is capped?

Authors note: I did in fact remove this biohazard and put it in a sharps disposal.  In the process, I used more than my alotted amount of dog waste bags.  I hope that the citizens of Cambridge will understand.
